The report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dubrajpur, Birbhum dated 17.04.2023 reveals that the Dubrajpur P. S. Case No.152 of 2008 dated 02.11.2008 in connection with G.R. Case No.256 of 2008 was disposed of on 27.01.2021. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has paid a fine in connection with the order of conviction dated 27.01.2021. A copy of the report addressed to the Learned Public Prosecutor produced before the Court with regard to the payment of fine be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, stands disposed of.
