1. The instant revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the inter locutory applications pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat in connection with Title Suit No. 563 of 1998.

2. The nature of prayer does not demand, I am of the opinion, any notice to be served upon the opposite parties.

3. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

4. Accordingly, Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat is requested to dispose of all the inter locutory applications pending in connection with Title Suit No. 563 of 1998 within six week from the date of communication of this order.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to

the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat.

6. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All parties to this revisional application shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
