1. None appears for the petitioner.

2. We have heard the learned Advocates for the respondents.

3. It appears that in respect of the very same property wherein it is alleged that illegal construction has been put up. Another writ petition was filed being WPA 5682 of 2021 and an order has been passed by the learned Single Bench issuing certain directions.

4. Therefore, at this juncture we do not propose to entertain this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by leaving it open to the authorities to comply with the directions issued by the learned Writ Court in the said writ petition.
