M. Hossain, Advocates ... ....for the State The petitioners are the heirs of a deceased primary school teacher. Their grievance is that the terminal benefits of their father were not released. The petitioners submit that their mother has also expired and presently they are entitled to receive the legal dues which are due and payable in favour of the deceased teacher.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned respondent Authority with their prayer along with supporting documents for raising claim for disbursement of terminal benefits of the deceased teacher.

In the event such representation is made, the concerned respondent shall consider the same strictly

in accordance with the law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
