Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Court has not been complied with. 2.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor/BDO, Khejuri-II Block, Purba Medinipur relies upon the order sheets of the BDO dated March 27, 2024, June 13, 2024, January 28, 2025 and March 5, 2025 in support of the submission that the order passed by the Court has been complied.

It appears therefrom that a spot inspection was conducted and it was found that the drain was constructed over plot no.311(LR) under Mouza - Khadirpur (JL-64) which is vested to the State. The claim of the petitioner that the construction has been made over her private plot of land has been found to be incorrect. The representation filed by the petitioner stood rejected.

From the documents handed over by the learned counsel for the BDO, it appears that there is no proof of service of the order dated March 5, 2025 upon the petitioner. Let a copy of the said order be handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

said order shall be formally communicated to the petitioner by the BDO.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order of the BDO before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
