1. This revisional application has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 01.06.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Presiding Member of West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal, Asansol Circuit Bench in connection with First Appeal No. A/8 of 2019, whereby Hon'ble Forum recommended the West Bengal Medical Council/petitioner herein to suspend the registration of Dr. Arunima Chowdhury for a period of three (03) years with immediate effect, debarring her from practicing for the said period.

2. Being aggrieved by the said recommendation, the

instant revisional application has been preferred.

3. Learned counsel on behalf of the opposite party No.2 has submitted that the said recommendation passed by the West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal, Asansol Circuit Bench was struck down by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in connection with Revision Petition No. 1171 of 2022.

4. It is further submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been take care of by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi and in penultimate paragraph 34, the recommendation made by the West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission was set aside. Copy of the order passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in connection with Revisiona Petition No. 1171 of 2022 is filed and taken on record.

5. Given facts and circumstances, I find hardly any scope to address the same issue again in this revisional application.

6. Regard being had to the above, the instant revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual

undertakings.

8. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
