It is further submitted there is inordinate delay in trial. Accordingly, he renews his prayer for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on 30.03.2023 and trial court was directed to conclude the trial preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. The said time frame has not expired as yet.

Hence, we are of the opinion reconsideration of the bail prayer on the ground of delay is pre-mature.
