The allegation of the petitioner is that his pension has been stopped suddenly and no reason has been shown to him.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools to take information from the Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the order and to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in respect of his grievance by three weeks thereafter and to pass a reasoned order thereon within a period of two weeks after the date of hearing. Such order is to be

communicated to the petitioner immediately after the order is passed.

The Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance is directed to supply the information to the District Inspector of Schools as soon as it will be requisitioned by the said District Inspector of Schools and this order is to be treated as a mandatory order as no extension of time will be granted to any of the parties as this is a matter of stoppage of pension of the petitioner.

With the above observations and directions this writ application is disposed of.
