3. The defects have not been removed. Papers books are not filed despite order dated 19th November, 2018.

4. Hence, F.A. 147 of 2024 and F.A. 148 of 2024 shall stand dismissed.

5. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Let the T.C.R. be returned, if any, to the Court below.

8. The registry shall communicate a copy of this order to the Court below.
