From the said report, it can be seen that after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case vide Jagatballavpur PS C/S No.134/2024, Dated 30.06.2024, u/s 341/323/354B/427/506 IPC but the accused is absconding till date.

Heard learned counsels appearing for the parties. As all necessary steps have been taken by the police authorities including filing of the charge-sheet, the writ petition being WPA 18449 of 2024 is disposed of. The

authorities are also requested for early arrest of the accused, as prayed by the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.
