In the writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a grant of notional benefit. The instant writ petition is restricted only to the prayer of the petitioner for taking admission in the D.El.Ed. course.

The issue of national benefit is not decided by the Court. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the Court for further relief, if sought for.
