It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, Senior Advocate has used his good offices and has prevailed upon the concerned police station, who has once again escorted out the son of the petitioner.

This Court appreciates the role of Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, Senior Advocate and the Officer-in-Charge, Dum Dum Police Station in coming to the aid of a senior citizen.

Counsel for the son submits that his client has filed TS No.157 of 2023 before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar.

Registry of this Court and the son are directed to communicate a copy of this Court's order to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar where the entry of the son into the house of the petitioner has been restrained.

5.

This restraint order shall continue until disposal of the suit.

6.

The property is standing in the name of the petitioner Smt. Pranati Chaudhury.

7.

Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar take note of this order.

8.

The son of the petitioner undertakes to strictly comply with the aforesaid order and not enter into the house.

9.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

10.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, are dispensed with.

11.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

12.

There will be no order as to costs.

13.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

14.
