1. In spite of service the victim is not represented.

2. The petitioners are the parents of the principal accused. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated.

3. Learned advocate for the State has submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed in which the present petitioners have been charged under Sections 363/365 and 34 of the IPC.

4. Considering the materials available in the case diary in which the victim has directly implicated the petitioners and have also stated that she was sold to a person, we

are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
