The present case relates to Kolkata Leather Complex Police Station Case No. 50 of 2013 dated 09.03.2013. More than nine years have passed since the initiation of the case. Having considered the time period which has passed in the meantime, learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baruipur, who is in seisin of ST Case No. 11(12)16 is directed to complete the trial by 31st December, 2023.

Mr. Pratick Bose, learned advocate appears for the State. He is directed to comminute this order to his counterpart in the learned trial court so that steps are taken for completion of the trial in this case. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2904 of 2022 is disposed of. .
