ct. no. 34 CRR 2442 of 2012 (via video conference) Akhtar Alam Sk.

-Vs- Serajul Islam(Ramu) The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceeding being Session Case No. 17/2012 pending before the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track 1st Court at Rampurhat, Birbhum under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/325/326/302 of the Indian Penal Code. Records of the revisional application reflect that there was no interim order during the pendency of the revisional application and it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present stage of the proceedings are not available with the learned advocate.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. Having regard to the contentions so advanced in the revisional application, I am of the view that same relates to question of facts which are to be adjudicated in course of trial and at the final stage of argument of the case.

Accordingly, CRR 2442 of 2012 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
