1. In view of the statement of the victim in her dying declaration directly implicating her husband and the present petitioner for pouring Kerosene oil on her and thereafter set her ablaze, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
