Sourabh Dokania v. M/S Landmark Cars (Rest) Private Limited And Others
25.09.2025.
67.
Ct.No.7.
as C.R.R. 3365 of 2025 Sourabh Dokania Vs.
M/s. Landmark Cars (Rest)Pvt. Ltd. & Ors.
Mr. Sujit Banerjee.
...for the Petitioner.
1.
This revisional application has been preferred seeking a direction upon the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of complaint Case No.74 of 2019.
2.
Mr. Banerjeee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that based on a complaint filed by the complainant, this case was initiated in 2019. However, although six years has elapsed, the case has not been concluded. He alleged that the case could not be disposed of expeditiously due to non-cooperation of the accused persons.
3.
Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and upon perusal of the materials on record placed before me, I am of the view that, there is no use in keeping this revisional application pending and I do not find any impediment in accepting such innocuous prayer of the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, I dispose of this revisional application by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Purulia to make sincere effort to dispose of the complaint case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.
With this observation and order, the revisional application is disposed of.
