Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the concerned Officer of Sonarpur PS, BRP PD, South 24 Parganas. Let it be kept with the record. It is reflected from the report that after completion of investigation, chargesheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court on 25th May, 2022 and the next date is fixed before the jurisdictional court on 17th December, 2023.

Having regard to the subject matter of challenge in the present revisional application, I am of the view that the stage at which the petitioner approached this court and the present stage have completely changed, consequently the revisional application has become infructuous.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this court at the appropriate stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2718 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending any other application, if any, are hereby disposed of.
