Mr. Sourat Nandy Mr. Rahul Singh ...for the petitioners The petitioner has filed this application praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), 1st Court, Contai, District-Purba Medinipur to dispose of the Title Suit No.185 of 2011 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct the petitioner to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocate representing them before the learned Trial Judge.

Record reveals that July 24, 2024 was fixed for filing of the amended plaint and for service return in respect of the substituted defendants.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners could not satisfy this Court that the suit is ready for hearing.

In view thereof CO 2574 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), 1st Court, Contai, District-Purba Medinipur to take up the

hearing of the suit after the suit is ready for hearing and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
