Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 11th August, 2025 mentioning the application number as "CRM(DB) 1265 of 2025" instead of "CRM (M) 1265 of 2025". The application number in the aforesaid order be read as "CRM(M) 1265 of 2025" instead of "CRM(DB)1265 of 2025". The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 11th August, 2025.
