Thereafter, he was called for interview on 23.10.2016 but thereafter he has not received any information about his appointment or nonappointment.

In this regard he filed one representation before the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 14.06.2022.

I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to look into the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order thereafter by two weeks after the date of hearing and to communicate the same immediately thereafter. With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
