The petitioner is claiming to have B.Ed. Course from Nandalal Ghosh B.T. College, Panpur, District: 24-Parganas (North) in the Academic Year 20182020, he is complaining that till date, the college has not provided him the pass certificate of the said course.

Mr. Pratik Majumder, learned advocate appears on behalf of the college and hands over the said certificate in original to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the writ petition.

W.P.A. 17606 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
