Mr. Soumya Majumder, Ms. Mayuri Ghosh, Ms. Shuchismita Datta ...for the petitioner Mr. Shiv Chandra Prasad, Mr. Piyas Choudhury ...for the respondent authority It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the queries and information, as sought for in the communication dated August 14, 2024 by the respondent authorities, has been complied with and a comprehensive response has been furnished by the petitioner to the respondent authorities. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the respondents having all necessary documents, the respondent authorities are unnecessarily seeking the very same documents from the petitioner. This submission is disputed on behalf of the respondent authorities.

In view of the above, both the parties fairly submit that the respondent authorities should be directed to proceed with the pending matter in accordance with law and dispose of the pending

proceeding under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund Act, 1972 on the basis of the available data before them.

It is needless to mention that the respondent authorities shall also consider any preliminary objections raised by the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.

With the above directions, W.P.A. No. 18442 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
