1. Appellant contends he has subsequently liquidated the outstanding installments and is no longer a defaulter. He also contends he was removed from directorship without giving an opportunity of hearing.

2. We have considered the submissions of the appellant. Admittedly, appellant had defaulted to pay installments and was removed from directorship.

3. In such view of the matter no prima facaie case is made out in his favour and grant of interim relief would have amounted to allowing the writ petition at the interim stage.

4. Hence, we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

5. Accordingly, appeal and the connected application are dismissed.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
