The petitioner was an Assistant Teacher of a Senior Madrasah and on superannuation he has retired from his said service.

The petitioner due to his involvement in a criminal case is getting only the provisional pension.

He has given representation to the different authorities including the District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Nadia, the respondent no.6 herein, praying for full pension and release of all other retiral dues.

The said representation dated April 26, 2023 is appearing at page 39 of the writ petition being annexure 'P-8'.

The District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Nadia, the respondent no.6 herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law after giving the petitioner of an opportunity of hearing.

W.P.A. 17614 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
