Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioner seeks relaxation of conditions of bail imposed upon him vide order dated 31st July, 2024 directing him to meet the investigating officer once a week. Learned counsel for the State submits that though the petitioner has been reporting to the investigating officer once a week in terms of the order of the Court, he is not fully co operating in investigation of the case.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been appearing before the investigating officer in compliance with the order of this Court and since investigation is still in progress, the bail condition imposed upon the petitioner is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a month till submission of charge sheet. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
