In the statement, she has categorically stated that she is not inclined to pursue the case being Liluah Police Station Case No.442 of 2022 dated 03.09.2022. Having regard to the joint compromise application as well as the report so submitted by learned advocate for the State and the nature of the offence for which the case was registered, I am of the view that further continuance of the proceedings is unwarranted.

Accordingly, all further proceedings of Liluah Police Station Case No.442 of 2022 dated 03.09.2022 including the charge-sheet filed therein under Sections 341/323/506/34 of IPC presently pending before the

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah are hereby quashed.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2722 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of such requisite formalities.
