Agarwal ....for the opposite parties This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the award holder praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore to dispose of Miscellaneous Case (Arb.) No.7 of 2021 which has been subsequently renumbered as Miscellaneous Arb (Com) No.20 of 2021 expeditiously.

The opposite party No.1 is represented by its learned advocate.

He submits that the said miscellaneous case is at the stage of hearing. The written notes have already been filed and September 20, 2025 and September 23, 2025 has already been fixed for advancing oral arguments in the said miscellaneous case. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, CO 2766 of 2025 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Miscellaneous Arb (Com)

No.20 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.
