1. Heard the submission advanced by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of both the parties.

2. Perused the materials from the Case Diary as well as the statement made under section 161 Cr.P.C. Considering the role attributed by the present petitioner and gravity of the offence as revealed from the injury report, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.

3. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

4. Case Diary is, however, returned.
