1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State at length.

2. On perusal of the entire materials placed before us, it reveals that the petitioner before us has miserably failed to canvas any point to reopen the present application for anticipatory bail for the second time in absence of any changed circumstances.

3. In view of such, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. CRM(A) 3136 of 2023 is dismissed.
