1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the petition was filed in the year 2023 in relation to an event which was going to take place on 5th August, 2023 for a practical purpose. This petition has rendered infructuous. However, liberty may be reserved to the petitioners to raise all relevant legal aspects in future, if occasion arises.

3. The other side has no objection.

4. The PIL is disposed of having rendered infructuous with the liberty as prayed for.

5. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the point of maintainability of the PIL.
