Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that police authorities have already registered a case being Bhupatinagar P.S. Case No. 325 of 2025 dated 07.08.2025.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Police authorities would take the investigation of the case so registered to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 17545 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
