Sahabuddin Bhagare @ Buro & ORS. v. State Of West Bengal
03.08.2022
IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA
Item No.6 CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION Ct.No.34 dc.
C.R.R. 2110 of 2010 Sahabuddin Bhagare @ Buro & Ors.
versus State of West Bengal & Anr.
In Re: An Application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Mr. Sudipto Maitra, Sr. Adv., Mr. Ashok Das, Mr. Vijay Verma ... For the Petitioners.
Mr. Imran Ali, Ms. Debjani Sahu ... For the State.
Mr. Ashok Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the trial of the case has been completed and the petitioners have been acquitted of the charges. Learned advocate has handed over a copy of the judgement delivered by the learned trial court. Let the same be kept on record.
This revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 01.07.2010 wherein the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani was pleased to cancel the order granting interim bail in connection with Kalyani Police Station Case No. 102 of 2009 dated 08.03.2009. Be that as it may, as it has been submitted that the trial has concluded, naturally the revisional application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2110 of 2010 is dismissed as infructuous.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
