The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents have raised illegal construction by encroaching upon P.W.D. road which is adjoining the petitioner's land and have thereby obstructed ingress and egress of the petitioner. The petitioner submitted a representation before the concerned authority in this regard on 18th October, 2021 which is yet to be disposed of. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the concerned authority to consider the representation at the earliest.

It is submitted on behalf of the State respondents that the 5th respondent be directed to consider the representation within a stipulated period of time.

Upon consideration the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18th October, 2021 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner and the private respondents, in accordance with law. WPA 18695 of 2021 is thus disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
