1. Learned Advocate for the petitioners, in his usual fairness, says that recording of evidence is complete before the learned Trial Court. Tomorrow (03.09.2024) is the date fixed for argument.

2. Since the trial is on the verge of conclusion, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage.

3. The application being CRM (DB) 2330 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.

4. However, considering the lengthy period of incarceration of the petitioners, we request the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial by delivery of judgment by the end of November, 2024.

5. This order shall be communicated by the parties to the learned Trial Court immediately.
