And In Re : Rittik alias Monoharan Mondal ..... petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roychowdhury Mr. Mainak Gupta ... for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 122 days. He prays for bail. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered materials on record. Statements of witnesses show that the petitioner was seen entering with coaccused in the residence of the victim where he was murdered. Postmortem report shows victim suffered homicidal death. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
