Petitioner Mr. Subhadeep Ghosh ...for the Petitioner Mr. Debanik Das ...for the State Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 The petitioner has prayed for relaxation of conditions of bail imposed by this court vide order dated 24th July, 2024, by which the petitioner was directed to report the Officer-incharge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has complied the said order. However, he is feeling difficulty in attending police station in every week as he is suffering from some Neurological problems and as such, he prays for relaxation of condition of bail.

Learned counsel for the State placed the report dated 16th April, 2025 and submits that the petitioner more or less complied the conditions imposed in the aforesaid bail order. Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties, the condition imposed in the bail order dated 24.7.2024 is modified only to the extent that "the petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police

station once in a month instead of once in a fortnight." Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
