I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools being the alleged contemnor No.1 Mr. Dipak Chandra Bhakta to appear personally before this court on 23rd September, 2022 at 12 Noon.

I direct the petitioner to serve a notice along with a copy of this order immediately upon the alleged contemnor.

List the matter accordingly in the Daily List. However, this order shall not be construed as an order for transferring the petitioner.
