The limited prayer of the petitioner is that despite a hearing given by the State Transport Authority to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent on 20th December, 2021 in terms of a Notice dated 3rd December, 2021, the petitioner is not aware that the STA has taken a decision pursuant to such hearing. The petitioner has also not been communicated with any such decision till date. Learned Counsel appearing for the STA submits that the decision taken by the authority pursuant to the hearing held on 20th December, 2021

shall be communicated to the petitioner within three weeks from date.

WPA 18702 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly with a direction on the respondent no. 4 to communicate the decision of the STA pursuant to the hearing held on 20th December, 2021 to the petitioner within three weeks from today.

The parties to act accordingly.

WPA 18702 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above.
