On the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioners, Contai Women Police Station Case No.93 of 2021 dated August 30, 2021 under Sections 341/323/506/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the respondent nos. 6&7. The case is under investigation.

It appears that the petitioners were put in possession of their house at Uttar Darua on November 28, 2021. In such regard, written declaration was also submitted by the petitioners. Such declaration has been filed in Court. The petitioners allege further dispossession.

Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioners to approach the Inspector-in-Charge, Contai Police Station on August 24, 2022 at 11 a.m. If such

approach is made the police authorities shall ensure safe entry to their house.

The police authorities shall ensure that the senior citizens are safe.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
