We have heard the learned advocate for the parties.

This is an application to restore the appeal, which was dismissed for non-prosecution. The application is within the period of limitation. We have perused the reasons set out in the application and found that the advocate-onrecord on account of certain unavoidable circumstances could not be present in Court when the matter was called on 30.04.2024.

Considering this fact, this application is allowed and the appeal is restored to its original file and number.

Learned advocate for the applicant is directed to serve a copy of the appeal on the newly appointed learned advocate for the respondent/UOI.
