The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Eco-Park Police Station Case No. 117 of 2022 dated 20-05-2022. .

Mr. Hossain, learned advocate is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned Authority in due course.

Having considered the issues which have been canvassed in the present revisional application, I am of the opinion that the same are question of facts which are to be decided in course of proceedings or in the alternative at the time of trial. No interference is called for by this court at this stage. Petitioners may at the appropriate stage canvass such points by way of preferring an application under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

No interference is made for the present.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2909 of 2022 is dismissed.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is also dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are hereby disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
