1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are relatives and there has been a civil dispute between the parties and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

2. The statement of the daughter of the deceased recorded by the Magistrate states that the petitioners assaulted her deceased father with iron rod on the head. We have read the statement of the daughter which directly implicating the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

1. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

2. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
