1. Considering the statement of the son of the victim directly implicating the petitioners which had resulted the death of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

1. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
