Respondent nos. 7 to 9 in fact have a sanctioned plan for their residential building. A copy of the sanctioned plan has been made over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the Municipality also supports respondent nos. 7 to 9. He submits that respondent nos. 7 to 9 have duly obtained sanctioned plan from the Municipality for constructing their residential houses on plot no. 2728, Mouza - Srirampur within the jurisdiction of Ghatal Municipality.

Accordingly, WPA 18420 of 2024 is dismissed.
