1. Mr. Ghosh, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of the appellant and has fairly submitted that the appeal is not maintainable. Since the appellant was appearing in person and was unaware of the provision of law, the present appeal has been preferred by her against the order dismissing an application for condonation of delay of the review application filed by her before the learned trial court.

2. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for not maintainable and the application is also dismissed.

3. We shall not prevent the appellant to take appropriate steps in accordance with law and in the event, the appeal is barred by limitation it would be open to the appellant to file an application for condonation of delay explaining the reasons for the delay and may get the benefit of section 14 of the Limitation Act, if it is filed on or before 15th November, 2025.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.
