The main grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, is that she runs a shop room from where after breaking open the padlock, goods were looted by the miscreants. It is also alleged that the petitioner was brandished with deadly weapons for which she is feeling insecured. To that effect, information was

furnished to the police station for taking steps.

A report has been submitted by the State which speaks that there is a matrimonial feud existing between the petitioner and her husband. To that effect, Jibantala PS Case No. 633 of 2024 was registered for investigation and, subsequently, charge-sheet has been submitted. Again, Jibantala PS Case No.

of dated 08.03.2025 was registered against the petitioner on the basis of a complaint furnished by the private respondent no.5 which also ended in a charge-sheet. Subsequently, on the complaint of the petitioner against the private respondent nos. 5 to 10, a case being Jibantala PS Case No. 244 of 2025 was registered for investigation. The report also reflects that the petitioner approached the Executive Magistrate for necessary directions.

Be that as it may, the police

authorities are well aware regarding the incident of 19.05.2025. According to the report, the respondent no.5 have been running a tailoring business at his house by engaging nine sewing machines and all the nine sewing machines were brought by him. After a drift in the relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents, the respondent no.5 took away all the nine sewing machines to set up his tailoring business.

In view of the contents of the police report, if the petitioner is aggrieved, she would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. The learned Magistrate would assess as also ascertain regarding the nature of the accusations, thereafter, pass necessary directions as he/she deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17552 of 2025 is disposed of.
