1. The Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, one of the alleged contemnors, is personally present in Court in terms of our order dated 16.08.2024 along with affidavit of compliance.

2. The affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor no. 1 is taken on record showing compliance our order. In this regard the 'recommendation of transfer letter' addressed to Smt. Sathi Maitra, appellant, issued by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education dated 22nd August, 2024 is placed before us by the learned advocate for the appellant and the same is also taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 1186 of 2024 is disposed of.

4. The personal appearance of the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, is dispensed with.

5. The contempt application is thus disposed of.
