The subject-matter of this present revisional application relates to quashing of the proceeding being, Misc. Case No.266/2021 which was pending before the learned A.C.J.M., Uluberia, Howrah. The present case related to the provision of P.W.D.V. Act, 2005. The revisional application has been preferred immediately on receipt of the summons issued by the learned A.C.J.M., Uluberia, Howrah.

Having considered the contentions advanced in this revisional application, I am of the opinion that no case has been made out for invoking the jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Petitioners at the appropriate stage would be at liberty to approach the Sessions Court by invoking its jurisdiction under Section 29 of the P.W.D.V. Act, 2005.

With this above observation, C.R.R. 2356 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
