1. Heard the submissions of both the learned advocates.

2. Perused the case Diary.

3. On careful consideration of the materials available in the case diary, contents of FIR, nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the quantity of contraband, which has been seized, this Court is unable to extend the benefit of Section 482 of the BNSS to the petitioner though he is not an FIR named accused.

4. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. (Chaitali Chatterjee (Das), J.)
